I have the rights to refuse your commission. Reason will not be stated or explained.

I will own all rights to the finished drawing, not the commissioner.

All commissions are intended solely for personal use. For commercial work, please contact me.

I take models on an application basis and will pick models I feel best suits my style, skill and schedule.

Once accepted I will require a non-refundable deposit by 50%. I accept payments in half.

Full payment is required before I send the PSD file out.

Have a completed image of your design/reference ready for the submission. A chibi or rough sketch with base colors are fine. I do not accept AI art references.

Major changes from your reference will result in additional fees.

I will be charging a fee after 4 sketch revisions.

Adjustments after the sketch being approved will result in additional fees.

Do not use the model in AI Database.

Commissioners are not allowed to alter any layers in the PSD file.

If the client is giving me a hard time I have every rights to stop the commission and to refund the client at any time.

I require at least a 3 week window to work on your model. This window will only begin when I start working on your model.

I can refuse any request that I am uncomfortable with.

I will not change my art style, I will only draw in my style.

You must credit me on at least one of your social media platform.

I do not accept any refunds.

I will give a timeframe of 2 weeks for the client to pay for the last invoice after that I will be charging $50 for every day thats late.

Refusing to pay for the last payment will result in me selling your model.

By paying for the model you agree to all my terms and services.

50% deposit is made after the sketch is approved, and the rest is paid before sending the PSD file.

I reserve the rights to post commission progress and results on my social media unless client doesn't allow it through discussion.

Prices may be very depending on the complexity and number of props included.

Payment is made through DANA and OVO for local payments and PayPal for international payments.

Payment is made by 50:50.

I can do a refund if I cancel your order.

Refunds and cancellations are not allowed.

During the sketching phase of the commission, up to three (3) major changes can be made. Otherwise, an additional fee may be required before proceeding.

Minor changes, such as color alterations, are allowed after I have sent the rendered work.

Each commission is expected to take more than a month to complete. I will be taking my time working on your commission.

If you are expecting a work within a certain deadline, please discuss about it beforehand with me so I can prioritize your work first.

The process continues after the sketch is approved.

Production is adjusted to the queue, if there is no further confirmation from the client in the previous queue, I will make the next queue order to speed up the time.

The finished work will be delivered via Google Drive link and/or E-Mail

Unless the client specifies otherwise, I will be considering myself to be approved to promote myself using the commissioned work.

The commissioner is not permitted to remove my watermark from the work unless it is a commercial work. Otherwise, the commissioner will be banned from requesting for future commissions from me.
